All the accessories, i.e. necklaces, earrings, bracelet are pre-order. "Pre-order" means I have to order the clothings/accessories from the supplier and it takes 3 days to confirm with you whether the clothings are available or not. If the items are available, then I will inform you by email on the invoice, which includes the transport charges. In the email, I will let you know the method of payment. Once you have made payment, I will proceed to inform my supplier to send the items to me and then I will forward them to you. All of these procedures, take around 10-15 days if delivery address is in Singapore. If delivery address outside Singapore, it will take longer. Once the items are sent, I will email you the delivery notification. "On hand" means I have the items on my side. I will email you on the invoice and the transport charges.
